Returns
We do not allow returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. If you received a damaged item, please see our replacement policy below.
Replacements
MyWeddingSupplies.com strives to stand behind their merchandise 100%. Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please e mail us at Sales@myweddingsupplies.com within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. You must have the original invoice number when you call. We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge. We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please always double check your orders to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.
When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, or an ARS (Authorized Return Sticker). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment.
